That’s the bar we wanted. So we made it.

Our story

Not that long ago, we ran a chain of healthy food restaurants in the Louisville, KY area.  We started making bars, they were a hit.  So we decided to build our own manufacturing facility in Lexington, KY and give it a shot. 


The recipe was not luck. Batch after batch. Overhauls. Reformulations.  More testing than anyone wants to admit. Perfectionism has a downside. It also has a habit of refusing to ship something you wouldn’t eat yourself.


What survived is Super Snacks: a superfood bar built to match what your taste buds want with what your body actually uses.
